TOWNS, Jeffery Mark James
Following a long battle with Cystic Fibrosis, Jeffery passed away at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto, on Wednesday, October 03, 2018 at age 20. Jeffery is beloved son of Melissa Towns-Carignan (Chris) and the late James Oliphant. Dear brother of Michael, Daniel & Carter. Cherished grandson of Florence Breen, Art Carignan (Gail), Sharron Griffin (Frank) and Mark Oliphant (Bayya). Loved godson of Frank Worster and Jennifer Nicholls. Also dearly remembered by many cousins and friends. Friends will be received at the Reynolds Funeral Home in Bracebridge, on Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 6-9 pm and Sunday, October 7, 2018 from 12-2 pm. A service will be held Sunday at 2:00 pm.
