 | Terrence Schaupmeyer SCHAUPMEYER - On September 9, Master Terrance Leslie Schaupmeyer of Mayerthorpe, Alberta, passed away, aged 10 years. Survived by his loving parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Schaupmeyer of Mayerthorpe; two brothers and two sisters: Wade, Rocklynn, Colleen and Kim all at home: paternal grandfather, Mr. Max Schaupmeyer of Mayerthorpe: great-uncle, Mr. Godfrey Schaupmeyer of Mayerthorpe.
Requiem Mass Monday, September 13 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Mayerthorpe. Reverend A. Terry will be the celebrant with interment in Mayerthorpe Cemetery. Park Memorial Ltd., Funeral Administrators and Directors (The Chapel on the Boulevard).

A 10-year-old Mayerthorpe district boy died Thursday on the way to hospital after being thrown from the horse he was riding.
RCMP said Terrence, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin R. Schaupmeyer was found unconscious in the pasture about 6:10 p.m. by his mother, shortly after he left the farm yard, about 8 miles north of Mayerthorpe, to go for the cattle.
No inquest is being called.
