    Obituary & Death Notice
    Verna Anderson
    Verna Anderson
Verna Anderson passed away peacefully at the age of 94, on Wednesday, May 4, 2022. She is now safely in the memory of her loving God, Jehovah.
Verna was the second of ten children born to Charlie and Irene King. They raised their family in rural northern Saskatchewan. Very early in her life, her grandfather and her mother taught her what she came to view as precious Bible truths. This faith, developed at an early age, had a lasting impact on every aspect of her life. She was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in August of 1940.
In December of 1953 Verna married Raymond Anderson and they began their married life together in Edmonton.
Verna will be greatly missed by her children Marlene and Dimitrios, Greg and Celestina and Gaylene. Also, by her three surviving siblings Edna, Glen, and Marilyn along with numerous nieces and nephews and their families. We look forward to being reunited in the earthly paradise Jehovah has promised to restore in the near future.
