 | Fred Foley FOLEY, Fred - After a courageous battle with cancer, on Saturday, January 4, 2003, at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, in his 66th year.
Fred retired from the Kitchener Fire Department after 30 years of service, retiring as a Captain.
Beloved husband to the late Theresa (2002). Loved father to John and wife of Cambridge and Catherine Pringle of Kitchener. Cherished gramps to Jason Pringle and Aaron Glebe. He will be missed by his mother, Vera Foley of Petewawa; his sister, Barbara James of Petewawa and a brother, Terry Foley (Yvette) of Quebec. Predeceased by his father, John Edward Foley (1971).
Friends may call at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel.51 Benton at Church St., Kitchener, today (Monday) from 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers will be said Monday evening at 8 p.m. Prayers will be offered from the funeral home on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. followed by transfer to St. Aloysius RC Church for Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. with Father Con O'Mahoney PP celebrant. Cremation to follow.
Contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
