    Geordie passed away peacefully, at home with his family, on Thursday, July 19, 2007, at the age 57.
    Beloved husband of Sandy for 33 years. Loving father of Heather and Helen and pal 1 Bailey. Dear son of George Sim. Lovingly remembered by brothers, Brian (Arlene) and Craig. Dear son-in-law of Clemy and Elmer Hill, brother-in-law of Ruth Ann and Larry Hammond and Brenda and Steve Straus and I remembered by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother, Idella (2002).
    Family and friends are invited to share their memories of Geordie during memorial visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South in Waterloo, on Sunday, July 22 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Cremation has taken place. The memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at St. Jacobs Calvary United Church, 48 Hawkesville Rd., St. Jacobs, on Monday, July 23, 2007 at 11 a.m. A committal service will follow at a later date.
    A very heartfelt thank you to Dr. Rosenstein, Dr, Vitou, Dr. Gregor, Dr. Borth, Dr. Craig and Dr. Ward and nurses at Grand River Hospital Hemodialysis Unit. A special thank you to the Care Partners nurses, Sandy and Heather. Geordie and family appreciated the compassion and care given by everyone.
