- FISHER, Fred Jr. Suddenly passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2008 at North York General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved father of Chantelle and Emily, and their mother and dear friend Michelle. Cherished son of Fred and Vivian. Adored brother of Kathy and Susan (Paul). Fred will be greatly missed by his nieces and nephew, Jennifer, Evan and Sarah. Special thank you to the doctors and nurses at the I.C.U. Ward of the N.Y.G.H. Friends will be received at the YORK VISITATION, CHAPEL AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 160 Beecroft Rd. (north of Sheppard Ave., first street west of Yonge St.), Toronto, 416-221-3404 on Thursday, June 19, 2008 from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. Celebration of life at 12 noon.
