89 years. Sunday, November 14, 1999, at Leamington District Memorial Hospital. Late of the Sun Parlor Home for Senior Citizens and formerly of Sherk Street, Leamington. Beloved wife of Ken Price of Leamington and the late William Garton (1978). Loving mother of Jean Pepper and husband Gerald, Leamington; and Shirley Fleming and husband Bob, Romulus, MI. Dearest grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Evelyn Smith, Amherstburg. Verneica was a member of the Windsor Moose Lodge #1499, and a life member of the C.W.L. at St. Michael's Parish. Visiting at the Reid Funeral Home, 14 Russell Street, Leamington, on Tuesday from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Wednesday, November 17, 1999 at 10:00 a.m. then to St. Michael's Church for Mass to celebrate Verneica's life at 10:30 a.m. Fr. Frank Murphy officiating. Interment Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, Leamington. C.W.L. prayers Tuesday at 3 p.m., Windsor Moose Lodge #1499 Service Tuesday at 7:30 p.m., followed by Parish Prayers at 8 p.m. Memorial Donations made by cheque to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
