 | Mel Deinstadt DEINSTADT -On Thursday, February 24, 2000, Mel Deinstadt, late of Regina, Saskatchewan, passed away at the age of 88 years. He was predeceased by his brothers and sister Fred, George, Dave and Joy. Mel is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Mabel, his daughters Irene (Sherman) Goodwin of Cornwall, ON, Evelyn Baker of Ottawa, ON and Donna (Gordon) Meyer of Balgonie, SK, son Elvin of Lethbridge, AB, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, brothers Alvin of Nanaimo, BC and Harry of Smith Falls, ON as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2000 at 10:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Ave., Regina, SK with Rev. Howard Hanson, officiating. Interment of cremated remains will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
