Lucy Belle Banning went to be with the Lord July 11, 2019 at the age of 91. She was born March 27, 1928 in Laredo, Texas to the late John and Virginia Dudley.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Paul R. Banning; son James Banning; brother John L. Dudley, Jr., and sister Helen Joy Gillespie.
She is survived by her daughter Beverly and husband Gordan Burnett; sons Richard Banning and wife Liz, Gary Banning and wife Nancy; 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
Lucy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She enjoyed traveling and loved to be dressed up wearing her jewelry and her beloved high heels.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 20, 2019 from 9:00 - 10:00 am with a 10:00 am Funeral Service at Grace Funeral Home, 2401 Houston Highway, Victoria. Pastor C.E. Smith will officiate. Interment will follow at 3:30 pm at Dilley Cemetery, Dilley, Texas.

James Paul Banning went to be with the Lord September 23, 2018 at the age of 69. He was born September 8, 1949 to Paul Richard and Lucy Belle Dudley Banning.
He is survived by his mother Lucy Belle Banning; sister Beverly Ann Banning Burnett and husband Gordon; brothers Richard Banning and wife Elizabeth and Gary Banning and wife Nancy Banning; 5 nieces, 2 nephews; 7 great nieces, 8 great nephews; 1 great great nephew and a host of friends.
James was a loving son, brother and uncle. He had been an active member of AA for many years. Upon retirement from Kroger, he dedicated his life to taking care of his mother.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm with Funeral Service at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Grace Funeral Home.
Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society.
