Mansfield, PA - Gwendolyn Ella Brasted, 67, of 19 Sherwood St., died Sunday (Sept. 12, 1982) at Broad Acres Nursing Home in Wellsboro, Pa, following a long illness.
A native of Almond, she graduated from Mansfield State Teachers' College and taught school in Cyclone, Pa. For the past 50 years she resided in Mansfield, where she was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include two aunts, Bernice Tucker of Arkport and Ethel Flinn of Canisteo; several cousins.
The family will recieve friends from 2 to 3 pm Tuesday at the Kuhl Funeral Home in Mansfield, Pa., where a funeral service will be at 3 pm Tuesday. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Almond.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church, Mansfield, Pa. 16933 or to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
