Beloved wife of Elford Giles and dearly loved mother of Donna Fulton (Bill), Mike (Laura) and Tracy Thompson (Jamie). Predeceased by her daughter Chris Lacelle. Dear Sister of Charles (Paula) and the late Harvey Traversey. Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

In the Almonte General hospital on Saturday, January 12, 2008, following a long valiant struggle with cancer (Astrosytoma, Sept. 1982) and with remarkable character and as always, surrounded by the love of her family. Christine "Chris" Giles of Almonte, age 51 years. Beloved wife of Jim Lacelle and much loved mother of Christa Seguin (Jeff) of Almonte. Cherished daughter of Elford & Pat (nee Traversay) Giles. Dear sister of Mrs. Donna Fulton (Bill), Mrs. Tracey Thompson (Jamie) and Michael (Laura) Giles. Loved grandma of Morgan, Jordan and Joey Murray. Also survived by several nieces & nephews. Friends may call at the C. R.
