    Elmond E. Clark Sr., 68, of Charles Street in Wayland died Saturday (Feb. 16, 1991) in his home following a long illness.
    Born July 18, 1922, in Cohocton, a son of Wardner and Alice Wheaton Clark, he was married to Mary Pfuntner who survives. Before retirement, he was a heavy equipment operator with the Town of Wayland Highway Department for 41 years. He was predeceased by his twin brother, Erie in 1987 and his grandson, Brian Clark in 1990.
    Mr. Clark was a member of American Legion Post 402 in Wayland, the Wayland United Methodist Church, the NCA Sportsmen's Club in Atlanta and a social member of the Perkinsville Fire Department.
    In addition to his wife, he is survived by four daughters, Anna Bricks of Ossian, Shirley Clark of Wayland, Sally Jansch of Dansville and Velma Kuhn of Cohocton; three sons, Raymond of Mt. Morris, Elmond Jr. and Robert, both of Wayland; three brothers, Arthur of Bath, Leland of Moravia and DeWitt of Wayland; two sisters, Beatrice Beamish of Prattsburgh and Lydia Hagadone of Atlanta; 30 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
    A service was conducted Tuesday morning in the Walter E. Baird and Sons Funeral Home of Wayland with the Rev. Alan Jones officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Springwater.

    Arthur was born March 9, 1924 to Wardner Clark and Alice (Wheaton) Clark.
    He married Mary Celia Hann on July 23, 1943. They resided on the family farm in Bath for 65 years.
    Arthur was predeceased by his parents Wardner and Alice (Wheaton) Clark, his wife of 72 years Mary Celia (Hann) Clark, three brothers; Elmond, Erie and Leland and one sister Beatrice.
    He is survived by one sister Lydia and one brother Dewitt, his children Jacob (Debbie) Clark of Bath, Reginald (Deb) Clark of Avoca, Sheila (Bill) Wagner of Bath, grandchildren Nathan (Beth) Alderman of Bath, Jennifer (Alan) Beaty of Bath, Adam (Kristin) Clark of Bath, great-grandchildren Tanner, Ainsley, Maddux, John, Riley, Paxton and Dominic and several nieces and nephews.
    He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He dedicated his life to his family, home and neighbors.
    Arthur joined the US Army in February 1942 during WWII. He was attached to the 551st Anti Aircraft Artillery Battalion. He was a staff sergeant in charge of motor transportation in France, Austria and Germany. He earned 5 Battle Stars, a Bronze Star and a Good Conduct Medal. Specific battles included Ardennes, Normandy Beach, Central Europe, Rhineland and the Battle of the Bulge.
    Arthur received his Diploma from Wayland Central School.
    Arthur was a life member of the Towelsville Grange and the Bath American Legion. Employment included Foster Wheeler, dairy and beef farmer, Haverling bus driver and retired from the Town of Bath Highway Department. For 14 years he worked at the Steuben County Fair greeting visitors at the Pioneer Museum.
    Calling hours are being observed on Tuesday March 12, 2019 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the Bond-Davis Funeral Home of Bath where his Funeral Service will be held at the conclusion of calling at 1:00pm with Reverend Barre Butts Officiating. His
    Burial with Full Military Honors will follow at Clearview Cemetery Cohocton, NY.
    In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Kanona Fire Department or an organization of your choosing.

    Leland was born February 25, 1929 in Cohocton, a son of Wardner & Alice (Wheaton) Clark. He was a graduate of Cohocton High School. He was a veteran of the US Army, serving during the Korean Conflict. Leland married Lois Wilson on May 13, 1952; she survives.
    Leland was a former machinist at Gleason Works in Rochester.
    He was a member and past commander of the Cohocton American Legion Post. He enjoyed John Deere Tractors and mowing lawns.
    He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Lois; his siblings, Arthur (Cecelia) Clark, Beatrice Beamish, Lydia Hagadone and Dewitt (Emily) Clark; many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by 2 brothers, Elmond & Erie Clark.
    Friends may call 2-4 pm Friday at the Walter E. Baird & Sons Funeral Home, 300 West Naples St., Wayland, where funeral services with full military honors will follow at 4 pm. Burial will be in the Village Cemetery, Wayland.

    Anna L. Bricks, 46, of McNinch Road in Ossian passed away Sunday afternoon Aug. 22, 1993 in Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville following a long illness.
    Born Sept. 26, 1946 in Dansville, she was the daughter of Elmond and Mary Pfuntner Clark. On July 6, 1968 she married Alton P. Bricks who survives.
    A graduate of SUNY-Geneseo in 1968, she was a speech therapist at the Canisteo Elementary School in Canisteo for 25 years, having to retire because of her illness.
    She was a former Secretary/Treasurer of West View Cemetery Association in Ossian for many years. A former Livingston County 4-H leader, a former member of the Loyal Order of the Moose No. 1130 of Dansville and was involved in the Livingston County Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
    Surviving including her husband Alton are her son, Michael (Lisa) Bricks stationed in England while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps; two daughters, Mary Bricks of Perkinsville and Melissa Bricks of Dansville; her mother, Mary Clark of Wayland; three sisters, Sally (Richard) Jansch of Dansville, Shirley Clark of Wayland and Velma (Art) Kahn of Cohocton; three brothers, Raymond (Madeline) Clark of Mt. Morris, Elmond Clark of Binghamton and Richard (Pam) Clark of Wayland; a grandson, Matthew James Markel; 10 nieces, seven nephews, three grand-nieces and one grand-nephew; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
    Arrangements were by the Hindle Funeral Home, 271 Main St. Dansville where a prayer service was held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Dansville. Burial will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Springwater.

    Terry E. Clark, age 63, passed away peacefully, Monday, January 9, 2017 at Strong Memorial Hosp. in Rochester.
    Terry was born July 29, 1953 in Dansville, a son of Erie & Margaret (Daly) Clark. He has resided in Atlanta most of his life. He worked for Frank Malter for many years in the store and on the farm. He was community minded; shoveling snow, mowing lawns, helping with firewood and working in gardens. He enjoyed riding his bicycle and people even had bike rides for him. Terry always had a smile and a positive attitude and loved being around people. He was a friend to all and so many people were inspired by him. He will be greatly missed by all those who had the great privilege to have him in their lives.
    In addition to his parents Terry was also predeceased by a brother, David Clark. Terry is survived by his siblings, Erie (Barbara) Clark Jr., Walter (Marian) Clark, Gary (Judy) Clark, Don (Lisa) Clark, Everett (Debbie) Clark, William (Sabina) Clark, Peggy "Midge" (Kip) Staples, Scott (Marie) Clark and Steven (Mary Ann) Clark; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and dear friends.

She was a hairdresser the majority of her life, as well as an owner of lawn mower business at her home in South Bristol. Alice was predeceased by her parents; husband, Alan E. Rex; daughter Debra L. Rex- Orbaker; and several aunts and uncles.
    She is survived by sons, Alan S. Rex of Atlanta, Jeffrey J. (Jennifer) Rex of Horseheads, and Clayton W. (Bonnie) Rex of Macedon; daughter, Danielle A. (Matthew) Chase of Lakeland, FL and daughter of the heart, Darlene Rex of Naples; grandchildren, Joseph (Stacy) Fleischman, William (Samantha) Fleischman, Amanda (Aaron) Hand, Arianna L. & Nicole A. Rex; sister Carolyn Randolph; brother Wesley Nash Jr.; aunt, Lydia Hagadone; uncles, Arthur & Dewitt Clark and several nieces, nephew, cousins, and great grandchildren.
    Family and friends are welcome to attend the calling hours Saturday January 12, 2019 from 1pm - 4pm at Bristol Springs Free Church, 6481 County Road 12, Naples.     Survived by his mother, Shirley Clark of Dansville; father, Gary Van Skiver Sr. of Parkersburg; siblings, Wendy and Dave Young Forsey of Merrit Island, Fla., James and Angela Van Skiver of Parkersburg, W.Va., and Angel and Fred Woodworth of Dansville, N.Y.; maternal grandmother, Mary Clark of Wayland and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
    Gary has always been a fun, caring person who helped everyone he knew. He went through some very rocky times in his life from a very low birthweight, to a brain tumor, to severe burns from a fire, but always managed to come thru everything with a smile on his face.
    A memorial service to celebrate his life will be at 6 p.m. Sept. 27 at the fire hall on Franklin Street in Dansville.
    In lieu of flowers, the family will be taken up a collection to help pay for the expenses.
