    Funeral services for Helen M. Pratt, age 58 of the Haggert Road will be held on Monday (Feb 4, 2013) at 10:00am at the Fox & Murray Funeral Home with Rev. Walter Smith officiating. Burial will be in the spring at Notre Dame Cemetery.
    Calling hours will be held on Sunday (Feb 3, 2013) from 2-4 & 6-8pm at the funeral home. Helen died Friday at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center after being stricken at home.
    Surviving is her longtime companion Timothy Tynon; her son Mark Valcour & his wife Missy of Ogdensburg; grandchildren Nicholas, Tanner & Ava Valcour; a brother Ron Valcour & his wife Alinda of Brockville, Ontario; two sisters Audrey VanDusen & her husband Jack of Lyn, Ontario and Eunice Tynon of Ogdensburg; three step-brothers Joseph & Marlene Tynon of CA, Terry & Kathy Tynon of Ogdensburg, Philip Tynon of Ogdensburg; two step-sisters Sharon & Rick Downey of NC, Sandra & Jim Bouchey of Ogdensburg; a special friend Vicky McGaw of Ogdensburg along with several nieces, nephews & cousins.
    Two brothers Doug & Gordon Valcour & a sister Elaine Hall and a step-sister Diane VanDusen predeceased her.
    Helen was born on May 10, 1954 in Brockville, Ontario a daughter of the late Harvey & Muriel (Evans) Valcour. She attended schools Lyn Ontario grade school and Ogdensburg Free Academy for her education. She worked at the Ogdensburg Free Academy Cafeteria for a period.
    She was a member of the Ogdensburg AmVets Auxiliary and enjoyed playing bingo, gambling, deer watching, watching TV, rummage sales, raising miniature horses and going for rides. Memorial contributions can be made to the Morristown Volunteer Rescue Squad.

    Eunice M. Tynon, age 70, of Ogdensburg, NY, passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2020, at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on a later date at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Home, Ogdensburg.
    Eunice is survived by two daughters; Jo Cadieux of Ogdensburg, NY and Melissa Perry of De Peyster, NY, two grandchildren, one brother, Ronald Valcour of Canada; a sister, Audrey VanDusen of Canada; one great grandson and many nieces and nephews on both sides of the border. She is predeceased by four siblings, Doug Valcour, Gordon Valcour, Elaine Hall, and Helen Pratt.
    She was born July 3, 1950, in Lyn, Ontario, Canada, the daughter of Harvey and Mariel Evans Valcour. She attended local schools. She worked in the maintenance department of Ogdensburg Central School District.
    Eunice loved horseback riding and taking care of animals.
