    RINTOUL, Diane (nee Mandziuk) - November 3, 1943 - January 15, 2013 . Peacefully at Stedman Hospice, after a long and courageous battle with cancer, Diane Rintoul, beloved wife of Edward Harris Rintoul. Cherished sister of Dan Mandziuk (Karen); loving aunt to Matthew Mandziuk and Kristen Mandziuk, all of St. Catharines. Sister-in-law of Jim and Jan Rintoul, North Carolina; Don and Linda Rintoul, Stratford; Gord and Joanne Rintoul, Kitchener, and their families. Cherished friend of forty years to Terry Van Wyck (late Brian) and their children Brent and Lindsay. Special friend to Susan Burnham, Phoenix, Arizona. Diane was a long time educator of Geography at BCI; a volunteer and supporter of both the Brantford SPCA and the Wildlife programme; and was an active member of the Ukrainian Catholic Sunflower Seniors' Club. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service, with reception to follow, will be held on January 18, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Sydenham United Church, 120 Sydenham Street, Brantford; visitation for one half hour prior to the service. Arrangements entrusted to Tranquility Burial and Cremation Service. (519-757-1654). In lieu of flowers, donations to the Brantford branch of the SPCA would be appreciated.
