    • Mrs. Urana "Rainy" Chamberlain DeGraw, 82, of Cokesbury Drive died at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2002. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11 at Centenary United Methodist Church Chapel, with the Rev. Roland Barnhardt presiding.
      Mrs. DeGraw, a native of Syracuse, N.Y., was a graduate of Oberlin College. She was married to William R. DeGraw Sr. for 59 years, and he preceded her in death in September 2001.
      She had lived in the Wilmington, Del., area for a number of years, as well as in Fayetteville. She later retired to Winston-Salem, where she was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church and Old Town Club.
      She is survived by a daughter, Joyce D. Forrest of Mount Rainier, Md.; two sons, William R. DeGraw Jr., Esq. of Lewisville and Martin C. DeGraw, M.D. of New Bern; three grandchildren, Jennifer S. DeGraw, Lauren A. DeGraw and William Dylan DeGraw; a nephew, William Chamberlain; and a niece, Susan C. Miller.
      In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Centenary United Methodist Church, 646 W. Fifth St., Winston-Salem, NC 27101.
