Adeline Phelps
Adeline A. Phelps, 91, of Palatka, died Thursday, November 20, 2003 at Putnam Community Medical Center due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was a native of Massachusetts and had been a resident of Palatka for the past 27 years, coming from New London, Conn. Along with her sister, Ida, she owned and operated Addie's Package Store in New London, Conn., for 17 years, retiring in 1972.
Surviving are a son, Donald Phelps Jr., Palatka; a sister, Ida Dinoto, Palatka; a niece, JoAnn Mahn, Waterford, Conn.; and a nephew, Richard Vescovi, East Lyne, Conn.
Funeral Services will be Monday, Nov. 24 at Masters Funeral Home in Palatka with Rev. Ted Rodda, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Palatka Memorial Gardens.
