Herb Hazelwood

HAZELWOOD, Herbert Edward - In loving memory. Passed away suddenly at Gulf Coast Hospital, Panama City, Florida, on Thursday, February 24, 2000, in his 58th year. Herb was the beloved husband of Sandra and the loving father of David (wife Isabelle), Gregory (fianée Julie Naylor), Christopher, and stepfather of Gary Lauzon and Jo-Anne (husband Leo Valster). Dear grandfather of Jacob, Grace and Tarin. Dear brother of Gaylord (wife Miriam), Ellen Bryanton, Kathleen Moore (husband John), Hugh (wife Marilyn), Clayton (wife Marilyn) and Mahlon (wife Patti). Predeceased by his parents, Charles and Imelda Hazelwood and sister Clara. Herb will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation was held at the Gilbert McIntyre Funeral Home in Guelph on February 26th and 27th, 2000. The funeral service was conducted in the funeral home chapel on Monday, February 28, 2000 at 11 a.m. Interment was in the Woodlawn Cemetery. Pallbearers were Gaylord, Hugh, Clayton and Mahlon Hazelwood, John Moore and Tom Murphy. Donations were made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
