Dr. William A. Hamilton
DR. WILLIAM A. HAMILTON
DANVILLE - Funeral services for Dr. William Arthur Hamilton, 69, D.V.M., who died Saturday morning at the Brightlook Hospital in St. Johnsbury, will be conducted Monday at 2:30 p.m. at the Congregational Church here by the Rev. David E. L. Brown, pastor.
Dr. Hamilton was born in Dalton, N. H., Jan. 17, 1894, the son John and Martha (Eager) Hamilton. He attended St. Johnsbury Academy and graduated from McKillip Veterinarian College of Chicago in 1917.
He married Frances Willard Clement of North Danville on Oct. 8, 1918, who survives.
Other survivors are twin daughters, Barbara, (Mrs. Llewellyn Roberts), and Beverly (Mrs, William Jenks) both of Danville; a son, Paul Clement Hamilton of Watertown, Mass., and another daughter, Mrs. Frances Marian Morse of Baldwin, N. Y.; a brother, Edward J. Hamilton of Montpelier: 14 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that contributions may be made to the Heart Fund in care of Fred Rodliff of St. Johnsbury and to the Congregational Memorial Fund of Granville.
Calderwood Memorial Service of St. Johnsbury is in charge of arrangements.
