Ian Masear
MASEAR, Charles 'Ian'
October 28, 1955 - May 31, 2021
Ian Masear left this world peacefully Monday, May 31, 2021, at his home in Dinsmore, Sask. with sisters Dianne and Kitty and brother-in-law Bill by his side. Ian was 65 years old, having been born in 1955 at the Milden Hospital. He went on to work as a millwright in Alberta, Saskatchewan and even a gold mine in Kyrgyzstan, Russia. Ian is lovingly remembered by his daughter Michele Nelson and grandchildren Kaitlyn, Kaleb, Nicholas Nelson; sisters: Dianne (Max) Oertli, Kitty (Bill) Paslawski; numerous nieces and nephews; relatives and friends in the Milden/Dinsmore/Rosetown communities. Ian was predeceased by his parents Margaret and John Masear; his sister, Tammie Masear; his grandparents Belle and Dick Rouse, Mabel and Ben Masear; as well as Uncles, Aunts and Cousins of the Rouse, Masear, Bell and Jensen families. Due to covid restrictions, a family graveside service will take place at the Milden Cemetery at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Saskatchewan SPCA. Arrangements are in care of Outlook Funeral Chapel 306-867-8255.
