Loading... Joyce Phyllis Thain Goodall GOODALL, Joyce Phyllis Thain Nee: Burton On Sunday, January 28, 2007, Joyce Goodall passed away being sung into heaven with her family surrounding her bedside. Joyce will be remembered by her loving sons and their families, Rick (Susan) Hulbert and their children, Mary and Michael; Jim (Laurie) Thain of Carstairs and their family, Colleen (Marc) Chalifoux, great-grandchildren, Geoelle and Eva; and Jennifer (Fiance - Thomas Krog); her loving daughter Barb (Doug) Halladay and their family, Sarah, Andrew, Carolynn, and Leonard. She will also be remembered by her two sisters, Barbara Klymchuck and Shirley (Pat) Kirkpatrick and sister-in-law Mary Burton. Joyce had a huge extended family, nieces, nephews and many, many close friends. Joyce was predeceased by her husband Jim Goodall, brother Leonard Burton and brother-in-law Ernie Klymchuck. Joyce Goodall was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother; and was a teacher of life. Her teaching career spanned 37 years and wherever she was, her home was always open and everyone was welcome. Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel at Hainstock's Funeral Home, 9810-34 Avenue, Edmonton.
