Jim Tucker
TUCKER, Jim - At the K- W Hospital, on Thursday, Sept. 3, 1981, after a lengthy illness, Michael James Tucker, of 80 Holborn Drive, Apt. 305, aged 72 years.
A member of St. Anthony Parish; had served overseas in the Second World War with the Royal Canadian Army.
Husband of the former Marjorie Spenser; father of Donald, Michael and Mrs. Harvey (Donna) Deslauriers, all of Kitchener; brother of Robert of Richmond Hill, Mary Ellen and Bridgette, both of Trout Creek, Lillian of South River, Evelyn of London, Ont. Two grandsons, Shane Tucker and John Scott Deslauriers also survive. Predeceased by his parents; three brothers, Joseph, Anthony and Howard; two sisters, Anne and Kathleen.
Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, St. W., Kitchener, after 7 p.m. today. Parish prayers will be said at the funeral home, today at 8 p.m. Prayers will be said at the funeral home Saturday at 9:30 a.m., followed by a funeral mass and committal service at St. Anthony Daniel Church at 10 a.m., with Father S. C. Bodnar officiating. Interment will be in Woodland cemetery. Donations to the Terry Fox Foundation may be made as expressions of sympathy.
