HILL, Clementine -
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, on Monday, November 23, 2009 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Elmer for 63 years. Cherished by her daughters Ruth Ann (Larry) Hammond, Sandy Sim, Brenda (Steve) Straus. Dearly loved grandma of Tracy (Rick) Bode, Todd (Jen) Hammond, Heather (Matt) and Helen (Doug) Sim, Pete and Andy Straus. Great grandma of Kirsten, Mia, Jake and Devon Bode, Matthew and Gavin Hammond, and Lyla Straus. Lovingly remembered by sisters Joy Joan Snyder, Madgett, (Don) Blum. Also lovingly remembered by sisters-in-law Marjorie Craig, Mary (Anthony) Cassalota, Shirley Innocente, Doris Hoffman. Predeceased by her son-in-law Geordie Sim; her parents Jacob and Lydia; five brothers and three sisters. Friends will be received at Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, on Thursday, November 26, 2009 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted on Friday, November 27, at 11 a.m. at Calvary United Church, St. Jacobs. Interment to follow in the Calvary United Cemetery. A very heartfelt thank you Dr. Chernish, ICU nursing staff and RTs. Condolences for. the family and memorial donations to the St. Mary's Hospital Foundation, directed to ICU Department, or St. Jacobs Calvary United Church Building Fund.
