November 29, 1921 - February 1, 2007 PEARCE At Quinte Health Care Corporation Prince Edward Memorial Hospital on Thursday, February 1st, 2007, DOUGLAS ARTHUR PEARCE of Shannon Road in Bloomfield at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Annie Pearce of Bloomfield. Loved father of Pauline Pearce of Belleville and the late Sarah Pearce. Dear brother of Edessa Blanchard of Kingston, Madeline Claxton of Picton, Margaret Dunphy of Bloomfield and the late Alberta Werden, Ethel Branscombe, Percy Pearce, Clinton Pearce and Iris Heffernan. Loved by his many nieces and nephews. THE FUNERAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD AT, THE WHATTAM FUNERAL HOME 33 MAIN STREET, PICTON, ON on Monday, February 5th at 2 P.M. Reverend Robert Claxton Officiating. Friends are invited to visit with Doug’s family on Sunday evening from 7:00 til 9:00 PM. If desired, donations to the Hastings Prince Edward Regimental Association (Hasty P’s) would be appreciated by the family.
