Margaret Schneider
Margaret Winnifred Schneider was born in Drake, SK on November 19, 1916. The family moved to St. Brieux where she had her schooling and most of her adult life was spent on a farm.
She married Emil Schneider on June 10, 1972 and had seven wonderful years before his passing on December 21, 1979. Peggy then moved to Wakaw for twenty years and then Melfort for sixteen years. When her health failed she was transferred to Arborfield and District Health Care Home until her passing on June 9, 2017 at the age of 100.
She leaves to mourn her step-children Darlene Duford, Carol Gzenda, Jane Ruep, Rodwen (Rose) Schneider, ten grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren, three sisters, Mabel Deinstadt of Regina, Ella Buckle of Maple Ridge, BC, and Vera Gilmour of the Arborfield Health Care Home.
Margaret was predeceased by her parents Charles and Mary McJuray, her husband Emil Schneider, siblings, Bessie (John) Gilmour, George (Sarah) McJuray, Kathleen (Swen) Petterson, Melvin Deinstadt, Ernie Buckle, Peter Gilmour, and sons –in-law Warren Duford, Arnold Gzenda and Larry Ruep.
