HIGGINS, Debby - Passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 after a struggle with cancer at the age of 44. Loving mother of Angela (Dave) and Kayla (Paul). Dear grandmother of Anayah. Cherished daughter of Evelyn Baker (the late Douglas) and Doug Higgins (Deborah). Granddaughter of Mabel Deinstadt. She is survived by her siblings Barbara (Barry) and Sean. She will be missed by her nieces and nephews. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 1255 Walkley Rd. (1 Block East of Bank St.) on Saturday after 10 a.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Canadian Cancer Society.
